RAM 1500 Rebel 2022

The pickup is sold in a single Rebel version – with two trim kits – equipped with a 5.7 Hemi V8 gasoline engine that produces 400 hp and 56.7 kgf.m – which guarantees the title of the most powerful pickup truck in Brazil. The main standard configuration of the Ram 1500 is: 12-inch flat-panel multimedia center, 19 speakers and 900-watt Harman Kardon sound system, soundproof cabin, panoramic sunroof, interior rearview camera, vertical and parallel parking, 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, panoramic sunroof, nine USB ports – four types of USB-C -, the front optics are all LED and the rear lights have the same type of guide . 

The Multimedia Center has received a software update to make it faster and now, in addition to synchronized dual pairing, it also has a wireless connection for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cabin air filter is now an N95 type and the tailgate button has been provided with LED lighting.

The formerly optional kit includes black exterior trim such as the wheels, brand logo on the grille and center divider on the front bumper, and is now standard. Another novelty of the look is the first appearance of the Granito Crystal metallic paint. Now, the 2022 RAM 1500 Rebel price is $80,990, which is $5,000 more expensive than the 2021 product line we recently reviewed. It will have an optional kit called Level II, which adds a 900 kW Harman Kardon sound system, 19 speakers, subwoofer and noise reduction; a head-up display; and an interior rearview mirror with an LCD screen to display the rear camera. 

The RAM 1500 Rebel 2022 is at the size and weight limit of a light commercial vehicle and does not require a Type C driver’s license like the Ram 2500. It is 5,929 meters long, 2,084 meters wide, 2,012 meters high, 3,672 meters long and weighs 2,610 kg. Compared to a mid-size pickup truck, the bed is about 60 cm longer, holds 1,200 liters and has a letter capacity of 2.5 tons. The barrel also has a RamBox, and the compartments integrated into the fuselage have a capacity of 103.4 liters each. The main highlight of the RAM 1500 Rebel 2022 and what Fiat Chrysler will highlight throughout the campaign is its mechanical structure. It is the most powerful pickup truck in Brazil, equipped with a 5.7 V8 Hemi engine with 400 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and torque of 56.7 kgf.m at 3,950 rpm, it is used in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

It takes just 6.4 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h, but the top speed is limited to 174 km/h.

It will come standard with dual-zone automatic digital air conditioning, reverse camera, 12-inch Uconnect multimedia center with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, adaptive cruise control, fully LED headlights and taillights, 7-inch TFT screen and other equipment. – On-board computer, inductive mobile phone charger, electric parking brake, etc.
