Discover the news of the Citroën C4 Cactus 2024

The design remains basically the same as the previous versions of the SUV. If the visual changes are cosmetic, in terms of technology, the model now offers more equipment.

Stellantis, owner of the French brand, classifies the design of the Citroën C4 Cactus as “timeless”, indicating that it does not think it is necessary to promote major style changes in the SUV.

Thus, in the 2024 line, the novelties are due to the new 16 and 17 inch wheels, the elements in Orange Pearl color (orange pearly) around the fog lights and the application of stickers with new graphics.

The aforementioned color also debuts on the logos that identify model and version on the trunk lid.

Interior also has news

In the cabin, the list of novelties is longer. The seats received new fabrics and a new multimedia center with a 10” touch screen allows wireless connection via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The C4 Cactus 2024 also received three new USB ports: one below the central screen, one in front of the new object compartment between the front seats and one facing the second row. This last connector is even close to an exclusive cable organizer.

In addition to these ports, the smartphone can now be powered by a wireless charger positioned in front of the automatic gearshift lever, another non-existent feature on the 2023 Citroën C4 Cactus .

In all its versions, the Citroën C4 Cactus 2024 comes with digital air conditioning with automatic temperature control and a door opening system and engine start by button with a keyless system, which eliminates the need to take the key out of your pocket.

Engine and transmission

The SUV, which is exclusively offered with the automatic transmission, performs very well.

In the top of the line THP version, the 1.6 turbo engine produces 173 hp, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 212 km/h.

In terms of safety, four-wheel disc brakes and six airbags come as standard, as well as the exclusive Grip Control.

By means of a simple rotary control, the driver can select special programs for different types of floor, allowing the C4 Cactus to deliver the best possible performance even on muddy, wet or loose stones.

According to Stellantis, fuel consumption reaches 13.4 km/l. As it has a 55 liter tank, the SUV has a range of over 730 km.
